In April 1999 they saw the opportunity and purchased the Computer Troubleshooters Hamilton North franchise. In January 2000 the Computer Upgrades business which operated a service centre in Hillcrest was added to the mix, and only a few months later another small IT support business known as InHouse Computers, was acquired. Today the business operates with a staff of ten, conveniently located in the heart of the busy Te Rapa Industrial area. location map Computer Troubleshooters is a global IT tech support franchise. When Dennis & Judy first purchased their franchise, there were only three others in NZ, and about twenty in Australia. There are now over 495 independent operators in 24 countries.
