Varcarme Computers Limited was established in 1984 to meet the growing need of PC awareness for the new user and existing mainframe user now moving to the more economic arena of networked PC’s. The intention was to provide “ a one stop shop” for the discerning user needing hardware and or software solutions to their problem. This goal required a detailed knowledge of PC programming languages, technical hardware awareness and experience of standard and bespoke business practices. The “mix” of original personnel ensured the objective by grouping experienced mainframe managers with progressive PC programming staff.
